Words of thanks are not nearly enough that would describe how grateful I am for the treatment I received today. The kindness, understanding, caring and compassion shown towards me today was absolutely gold standard.
All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. In all my life I’ve never been treated with such a high standard of personal care and would highly recommend this practice.

Continued excellent care! - I have been a patient at Vicars Cross Dental Practice for over 25 years and seen changes of staff. Today I was treated with great care and professionalism by the whole team. I have a back problem and a room change was necessary for my Hygienist appointment as I cannot climb the steep stairs. At no time during my appointment was I made to feel uncomfortable over this. All staff have a friendly caring disposition and all procedures are explained. Thank you once more team Vicars Cross Dental.

Had an emergency, called reception who are always friendly and helpful. Was offered appointment for next day.

I can't think of anything you could do to improve the service you provide. The premises are pleasant, the treatment is excellent and the staff are marvellous. My recent visit was during the coronavirus lockdown and they handled my visit with aplomb.

Efficient and Effective. 

I experienced a very tailored check-up, follow-up treatment and advice on next steps and how to maintain dental health. All was clear and reassuring - thank you. Appointments were made at times to suit my work patterns. I was also slotted into a spare hygienist appointment on the day which was helpful.

…but Vicars Cross Dental Practice has it in spades. After being with this practice for a number of years (roughly 19, I think), it’s safe say I’ve seen all the changes and they just get better and better. The people are lovely, understanding, caring but most of all, highly professional and knowledgeable. I would not go anywhere else.

They always do their best to make me feel comfortable, and ask if there is anything I would like to know about a procedure.
