Dentist in Ham

I do not think I will ever be able to thank you enough. Firstly for putting up with my whinging and listening to me on the phone while describing my fear of dentists. Secondly for your calm and patience manner and the time you took to speak to me.
Anna the dentist could not have been more charming and helpful, a true professional. I have booked to go back and will be changing my daughter's dentist to your Ham practice. I have already recommended Perfect Smile Ham to my friends and their children.
May I congratulate you and your team on such an amazing experience. In days when it appears most business are run by accountants it is so refreshing to find one that really cares about humans. Thank you all once again and I will be seeing you all soon.

I've just joined the practice. I needed an urgent appointment. They were able to give me one very quickly. I’m terrified of dentists and no matter how much I tell myself it’s going to be ok, I still get anxious. The staff were great. From the people at reception, the dentist and nurse, both reassuring and non-judgemental to the hygienist being really kind, but all very professional. Can’t praise them enough!!!!

The staff are extremely polite, very professional and give great advice. The clinic is lovely and clean and very friendly. My children feel happy and confident attending this dentist.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Relaxed atmosphere whilst seeing dentist. This may help some people who are nervous about visiting the dentist. Emails quickly dealt with when first making appointment.

Efficient staff. Dentist told me what was going on and her conclusion from my exam without patronising me. I felt comfortable the whole time.

Front desk service is usually of a high standard, and my dentist (Dr Rianna) is very professional, polite and friendly.

My dental bridge had fallen out and I made an appointment and was seen that very afternoon.

I think the Front Desk Receptionist Elina is an excellent person. She is very polite and knows most of the customers names. She is an asset to the clinic.
